ADULT STRENGTH

This program focuses on adult fitness as it enhances all aspects of training. From mobility, to agility, to power, these characteristics will be fully improved throughout  our sessions. With the help from our coaches, you will receive guidance and support throughout every training session.

WEEKLY CHALLENGES & MONTHLY FOCUSES

We want our program to be effective so we have designed weekly challenges and monthly focuses for our members. You can participate in weekly competitions with other gym members as well setting goals each month. With our help, you will succeed in achieving your goals and challenging yourself to the fullest.
